Dr. Joseph Smay

The first director of the school of architecture while it was still within the College of Engineering, Dr. Joseph Smay compiled a report for the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture which outlined the teaching methoodology in practice at the time. He submitted his report on February 11, 1931.
